Your gun is actually a DPMS Tac-20 , the original one comparable to the DPMS SASS of 4 years ago, not the sporter or Oracle rifles.

The Fulton Lower is what makes it Legal to own in California because it's an OLL. Back then DPMS only had DPMS Panther marked lowers which were not OLL.
They have LR308 versions now that are OLLs but they don't make the TAC-20 like they used to like this one.

This is not the current offering of DPMS tac 20, yours should have the
heavy bull barrel 20" 308 barrel which has 7.62x51 marking but actually shoots 308.
(the current ones from DPMS just have regular 20" barrel and black phosphate bcg)

Yours also has the Chrome BCG and chrome bolt which are hard to find right now. Yours should have the black phosphate gas key however so it's not entirely Chrome.
