      Even the manufacturer marked it "clip". First flag.
      Only other "banana" magazine I've seen or heard of is the one below. Second flag.

          Increasing the fixed magazine capacity of an SKS makes it an assault weapon. Converting an SKS to take detachable magazines makes it an assault weapon.

              No,no,no. You can sell them just fine. But they must be disassembled as rebuild kits in CA. It's just that it's an aftermarket magazine made in Detroit. Not from Russia, China, Yugoslavia...where sks's come from. Clip is a term the media has incorrectly and ignorantly labeled for magazine. Just makes you wonder the quality when they can't even get the terminology right.
