The pics are of a Steyr USR. Not an AUG, not banned. You would need a bullet button and 10 round mag for transfer...

Yeah, this will come with a 10 round magazine. I'm hanging on to the 30 rounders until I know for sure where I'm sending the rifle. At this point I want to give the buyer the option to fill in the thumbhole or neuter the mag release. Thanks for the correction. I changed the model, but left AUG in the title because no one has heard of a USR. You think I should change the title?

      *edit*
I believe an outfit called EBR works can fill in the thumbhole if the buyer wants to avoid the bullet button.

Sexy but, you can't legally ship hat to California with out a maglock. No ffl can modify a firearm before a sale in this state its manufacturing.good luck its super cool.

Well, some FFLs can add the Raddlock before transfer, e.g., EBR Works, Thompson's Tactical, Fort Courage and Addax Tactical.

If the buyer doesn't live near an FFL who can handle "assault weapons," he can always have me ship it to and from one of the FFLs who can. Otherwise, I might just ask my FFL in Oregon to install the Raddlock.

You can receive it disassembled, right? There wasn't any constructive possession last I checked.

Withdrawn from sale . . . unless someone can give me conclusive evidence that the ATF won't consider this "a sale for profit." I purchased this USR recently, and I was under the impression that if a rifle went FFL to FFL that the ATF would bless the sale, even if one's intent were to make a profit. I read some advice , perhaps incorrect, that I cannot resell a rifle a profit, regardless of the fact that the rifle would never be transferred to me and would only be transferred through an FFL. If I'm mistaken, please correct me.

Best advice I can offer, is to do the paper work to pick it up and gain possession. After that you don't have to use a FFL to ship in to Ca. all that is required from the seller is a bill of sale (receipt) and a copy of your drivers license or ID.

Clearly not, Manuel. I would have been starting high school in 1996.

At any rate, the rifle is back on the market.
