WTT: BCM AR15A4 - East Bay

Location (city or county): Oakland CA.

    Will ship (Y/N): No

    Make: BCM/CMMG

    Model: AR15A4 (M16A4 Clone)

    Caliber: 5.56

    Price: Gone

Other info: Well I'm mostly looking to trade this but I figured I'd put a price up too. It's a BCM 20" A4 upper with BCM bolt carrier group and KAC handguards. The lower is a CMMG with parts kit and an A2 stock. I believe the carry handle may be a DPMS - basically a no frills clone of an M16A4. I've shot probably 500 round through it with no problems to report although I haven't sighted it in since putting the carry handle on it.

I'm mainly interested in WWII stuff: specifically a G43 (I'd add cash) or an M1911A1, war-era Walther PPK stuff like that with cash as necessary. I'm not in a big hurry to sell and if I have to keep it I'll live. Let me know what you've got, I'm interested! I also have about 300 rounds of Wolf 62gr .223 that can go with the gun for a discount.

    Make: Mossberg

    Model: 151M-B

    Caliber: .22LR

    Price: $245 $220 195 $175 Sold

Other info: Bought this Mossberg probably 5 or so years ago at a Cow Palace Gun Show. Little did I know, it didn't work. Turns out some of fire control group parts are a bit worn but a friend helped me put everything back in working order - now it shoots although it can be a little finicky and require some tuning of the screws to operate properly. The scope on it is also a Mossberg although it is pretty foggy and overall not very good. The rifle holds about 15 rounds in the stock/tube and is fairly accurate at 50 yards. At least as accurate as I am which isn't saying a whole lot! Has no serial number and is C&R - cash and carry eligible.

    Make: Cimarron

    Model: S&W Schofield

    Caliber: .45 Long Colt

    Price: $850
    Sold

Other info:Got this a couple months back. It has a 7.5" barrel which I found to be just too long. Otherwise functions very well and is actually pretty accurate if you can get over the archaic sights. It was purchased used so I can't say how many rounds its seen but its in essentially flawless cosmetic condition and I've shot less than 200 rounds through it. Comes with just the gun and nothing else.

    Make: Sig

    Model: 1911 Target

    Caliber: .45ACP

    Price: $850
    Sold

Other info: Bought this here off Calguns about a month ago. This is the nicest shooting and most accurate 1911 I've ever owned. I seriously shot the best groups with this gun in my life the first time I took it to the range. The said, I'm not a huge fan of the stainless finish and it turns out I don't really like frontstrap checkering. That and I decided not to go for single stack in USPSA this year so I don't really need it.

It has an EGW Extractor and an Ed Brown slide stop, meaning there are no MiM parts remaining. The previous owner put about 200 rounds through it and I've done about the same. Comes with original case etc and 2x mags.

    Make: Fabrique Nationale

    Model: Self Loading Police

    Caliber: 12ga

    Price: $1075 $1025 $975 $945 895 $845
    Sold

Other info: Original pre-Mk. I model. Bought this to use in 3-gun but that isn't really happening so hey! Time to go. Comes with one (modified?) choke and the installed ghost ring sights. Has an 18.5" barrel. Real smooth operating gun. Is missing one screw out of four that holds down the top rail. Some moderate scuffing of the finish due to rough handling by third parties.

    Make: Ruger

    Model: Security Six

    Caliber: .357 Magnum

    Price: $425 $395 $375 Sold

Other info: This is a first year of production Ruger Security Six with aftermarket old style Herrett grips. Lock-up is excellent and end-shake is minimal. Some minor bluing wear near the muzzle, likely from holstering. I doubt this gun was shot much in its 30+ years on earth since the action is still plenty stiff. I installed Wolff 14lb hammer spring but I still have the original and Wolff trigger spring I can throw in as well. No other grips or box with the gun.

    Make: Uberti

    Model: Colt 1847 Walker

    Caliber: .44 Cap & Ball

    Price: $350 Sold

Other info: Uberti replica of the Colt 1847 Walker revolver in .44 caliber. Unfired. Basically new in box, like the one below. Never got into black powder like I thought I would. No box, ships as just a gun. Like all black powder guns, is not considered a firearm and may be sold cash & carry or shipped in the mail. The size and heft of this thing really has to be seen to be believed. Here it is alongside a Desert Eagle for comparison: http://i.imgur.com/PlgI3.jpg

    Make: Uberti

    Model: Remington 1858 New Army

    Caliber: .44 Cap & Ball

    Price: $250 Sold

Other info: Uberti built replica of the Remington 1858 New Army in .44 caliber. Unfired. Bought this when I thought for awhile that black powder might turn out to be my thing but it turns out it isn't. Considered a non-firearm so can be traded cash & carry or shipped in the mail. I believe I've lost the cardboard box this came in so it will ship with just what you see in the picture. Essentially in like new condition.

    Make: Mosin Nagant

    Model: 91/30

    Caliber: 7.62x54R

    Price: $165 $125 Sold

Other info: Ishevsk manufacture. Hex receiver made in 1921. Not counter bored as far as I can tell. Bore is fairly heavily pitted from corrosive ammo but it still hits paper at 100 yards easy. Stock is a bit beat up as well, shellac chipped etc. Some minor surface rust. I did de-cosmoline the gun at least! I can throw in some ammo too if you're dying to have it. From what I can tell, this rifle is an ex-dragoon.

    Make: Magnum Research

    Model: Desert Eagle Mk VII

    Caliber: .44 Magnum

    Price: $1095 $1045 Sold

Other info: Bought this from a fellow calgunner a few months back. Its been fun but it's time to move on to other things. Very accurate and surprisingly easy to shoot - recoil is definitely the lowest of any .44 Magnum I've shot, which I guess should be expected. Unknown round count but the previous owner said it was low. Says "Made In Israel" on the slide. I've put maybe 300 rounds through it while I've had it. Comes with 3 magazines.

    Make: Lee Enfield

    Model: No.4 Mk.I*

    Caliber: .303 British

    Price: $245 Sold

Other info: US Property marked Savage built Enfield. Bought from Krausewerk back in 2005. Cosmoline lies thick and heavy throughout all the wood. Took it apart to de-cosmo at one point which worked out well for the metal but not so well for the wood. It unfortunately also resulted in the loss of the sling swivels and the rear trigger guard screw, none of which impede function thankfully. Has the little flaming ordnance bomb and everything!

    Make: FN Browning

    Model: Hi-Power

    Caliber: 9mm

    Price: $695 Sold

Other info: Made in 1972 in Belgium. Has some fair to serious bluing wear, especially on the left side slide serration which is visible in the pictures linked below. Has the semi-desirable orange backed walnut grips. Magazine disconnect safety is still installed. I have a cylinder & slide wide combat trigger my friend filed on before trying to install in his FEG Hipower which ended up not working - it may still be usable in this BHP or it may not, either way it comes with the sale. The gun also comes with 2x 10-rd mags.

    Make: Smith & Wesson

    Model: 39-2

    Caliber: 9mm

    Price: $350 Sold

Other info: Also bought this from a fellow calgunner earlier in the year. It has been a surprisingly excellent firearm but it doesn't really fit into my collection all that well. Has some serious "wear" that looks like damage from maybe skidding on asphalt or similar - some pitting on the frame as a result but no rust. The lanyard loop is crushed. The firearm functions without issue though and has a rather nice SA trigger as is. Comes with 2 magazines.

    Make: Remington

    Model: Model 81 Woodsmaster

    Caliber: .300 Savage

    Price: $425 Sold

Other info: Made in 1949. 300 Savage is evidently one of two calibers the Model 81 was chambered in that is still being commercially produced, although you should expect to pay $1 a round. Bluing is a little worn but the wood is good. It has a Williams aperture sight installed and has been drilled and tapped for a Williams Model Side Mount which I cannot find anywhere. Long recoil action means it has a fair bit of kick to it but not terribly unpleasant. I can hand over about 20 rounds of brass with the gun to whoever dares to buy it.

All prices are negotiable - face to face transactions are a must. I personally prefer City Arms East in Pleasant Hill or Highbridge Arms in SF but am willing to travel essentially anywhere in the Bay Area. I even occasionally make it to LA but only occasionally. All three rifles are C&R cash and carry.

If you have any questions feel free to send me a PM or an email at my username at gmail.com!

I am interested in trades for all kinds of things: Mostly pistols (H&K P7M8, Les Baer, CZ 75 Tactical Sport, Sig X5, old S&W revolvers, things of that nature) - but don't hesitate to offer!
