I'm not a gun expert by any means, picked this baby up a bit over a year ago at a gun shop and was told its an extremely fine and accurate rifle

Putting the telescoping stock on this shotgun with a pistol grip would make it an assault weapon in CA.

what I meant is that there are two versions of this shotgun, one is with a fake skeleton stock and the one that I'm selling

the one with the fake stock can NOT accept a real telescoping stock due to some tube or something. however mine is the version that Will accept a telescoping stock without issues
