I am in Nevada so this will need to be shipped to a dealer for transfer or if you have a C&R license I can ship directly to you. It comes with 2 magazines and a front sight hood. It has the parkerized finish and is not drilled for a scope mount (some are blued and some have scope mount holes drilled)
