Make: Tula
Model: M44
Caliber: 7.62x54R
Location: Highland/IE
Price: $$350 SPF OBO
Trade for:
*AR-15 upper parts/accessories or possibly complete upper or lower (used or new)
*Eotech holographic sight (any model)
*C&R SKS rifle (condition dependent)
Message me with any other trade offers, I have an open mind for almost anything.
Will ship: Negative Ghost-rider
Other info: Only recently acquired this from another cal-gunner. I made a small repair to a crack inside of the stock for re-enforcement of the wood. Under the barrel there is some minor pitting about the size of a dime. Rifle is counter-bored but shoots great. The group size was great at 100-200 yards, but the sights do need to be adjusted. I have recently discovered I am Mauser man. Thanks for looking.
PM with any offers or more picture requests.
Tula variants of the M44 were made in a significantly lower quantity than the Izzy variants. The Tula rifles were only made for 1 year (1944) and only 100,000 were produced, which is why I believe the value of the rifle is $30-$50 more than others. Its just a bit more collectible is all. Send me a message if you are interested in learning more about the significance of the Tula manufacturer.
