-Wilson Combat Bullet Proof mainspring housing and magwell,
(custom fitted and polished the magwell)
-3 10rnd CMC PowerMags (Chip McCormick)
-1 8rnd Wilson Combat ETM mag
-1 8rnd KimPro mag
all above mags upgraded with Wilson Combat ETM followers.
-1 7rnd stock mag (came with gun)
-Wilson Combat grips (installed on gun)
-Wilson Combat Holster (pictured)
-polished barrel bushing
-polished feed ramp (done by Kimber Custom Shop)
-throated barrel (done by kimber Custom Shop)
I have 64 rounds of hollow-points (Hornady & Winchester) I will throw in for home defense. Ran some of these rounds through to see if they feed properly and no problems at all. I also have the stock snake-skin looking wood grips (see pic). Kimber doesn't sell these separate so I took these off the first day I got the gun. Gun was purchased brand new from Guns & Fishing here in Vacaville for $1379 before tax and DROS.
Pistol has +/- 1000 FLAWLESS rounds through it. Will eat up ANYTHING! Very accurate and reliable gun. Out of that thousand rounds, had only 2 FTF due to dirty gun after firing around 300rnds of dirty bulk ammo from a gun show in Vallejo. Slide failed to return to battery after inserting a new mag and releasing the slide lock. Nudged the slide and it was good to go. I also have 2 (blued & silver) updated slide stops from Kimber...never used cuz I filed the original one down. Same thing they do with theirs.
