    That's a beautiful gun but I don't think you can ship it into the People's Rupublic of California. It is not on the DOJ roster. I could be wrong.

      It's on the BATF Curio & Relic list (page 27), as such it is exempt from the DOJ roster requirement (as are all C&R firearms) and completely legal to ship to a dealer in CA.

        Even if it's on the fed c&r list I think it needs to be at least 50 yrs old to qualify as a CA c&r.
