SOLD
For sale: a Springfield Armory XD 9mm subcompact with Springfield Armory Custom Shop night sights. I live in San Mateo and work in Cupertino and can do PPT face to face anywhere in the vicinity of those cities. I am not willing to ship the gun at this time. My asking price is $450 425 400 (you pay all PPT fees). The price is firm and low ball offers will be ignored.
In terms of trades I would consider any S&W revolvers in 9mm, .38 special, .357 magnum, or .45 ACP, especially a model 625, or a Beretta 92. Or a Browning Citori in 12 gauge. Obviously with additional cash on my side if it makes sense.
I was the second owner of the gun. The first owner had about 100 rounds through it, then I put about 1500 - 2000 rounds through it, with no malfunctions. I've always found it to be a great shooter, but I am selling it because I have been mainly shooting a Glock 17 that I really like, and I'm getting a Glock 26 which can use the same parts and mags. I had Springfield Armory night sights installed by Springfield Armory custom shop in 2009, so the tritium has lots of life left. I sent them the slide for the installation. The gun is otherwise stock. The cost to me for the sights and installation was a little over $100, just FYI. There is some wear on the top of the barrel hood(see pictures), and normal internal wear, but otherwise it externally looks like new. In case you're not familiar with XDs, that wear on the barrel hood is normal and harmless and would happen within a few hundred rounds anyways even if you bought a new one. Google xd barrel hood wear.
The gun comes with the original case, manual, holster, trigger lock, mag pouch, loading tool, one flush fitting 10 round magazine, and one extended 10 round magazine so you can get a better grip. It doesn't include the bore brush that came with it originally as I have misplaced it. The holster, trigger lock, and loading tool are in like new condition as I never used them. The mag pouch has some light scratches on it.
