Hi all,
I have a recently acquired Socom 16 (not Socom II) that I would like to trade for a M1A Scout. After having this gun for a while, I found that I would prefer a slightly longer barrel for a .308. The previous owner put 100 rounds through it and I put another 100 through the gun. Only brass cased ammo was shot through the barrel. The stock of the gun has a few paint chips but as I understand it this is a common issue with the SA synthetic stocks. You can easily replace these stock for a little over $100 dollars from websites such as fredsm14stocks.com. The gun itself functions flawlessly, and has been cleaned meticulously after every range session.
As mentioned above, I am looking to trade this for the Springfield M1A Scout version. I will consider cash offers if reasonable. I'm not desperate to sell so please no lowballers. Once again, I am NOT looking for trades outside the M1A platform.
