I have previously not seen a Winchester 94 with a scope attached.
Did you modify the gun any to mount the scope?
The Winchester 94 does not have the standard scope mounting holes due to the way the top opens to eject the shell.
Is the scope high enough to not interfere with shell ejection?

if the 94 is an angle eject version, like the ranger model, then you can mount a scope on it w/o modification.
