ssacol, it is a factory made Noveske upper. I had JD machine do the cut down on the barrel and I switched the SWS Noveske rail with the Troy MRF in order to bring the rail to the KX3. It is also a Noveske N6 lower. 13thwarrior, you are correct. That way it has an overall length of 16 inches.
