Beware that your including a Hi-cap mag for sale as part of your kit.
You should stipulate that it is only included in sales outside the state of California if the purchaser can't send you a copy of his licence showing he can legally purchase a Hi-cap magazine .
And to potential buyers in Calif. you are knowingly accepting a hi-cap magazine if you purchase the kit.
I would hate to see anyone caught up in this without the proper paperwork.

All he has to do is dissemble the magazine prior to shipping out the kit. It is just a pile of parts to be used for repairing existing magazines or making a 10 round magazine.
