                          How about getting it back from you're FFL and and doing a PPT in Culver City? My offer is $440.
                          I'll pay the DROS fee's and tax of course. We can meet a Martin B. Retting in Culver City, CA.

                                  I believe there is no tax on PPT transfer just the DROS cost.
