WTS Remington 700 SPS-V/Millett LRS-1 in Mira Mar, Ca,

I am currently taking offers on my Remington 700 SPS-V chambered in .223 Rem. It comes with the factory synthetic stock, 26" bull barrel, and a Timney trigger that breaks crisp and clean at 1.5lbs. The rifle is less than 1 year old. The barrel was properly broken in, and the bore was always cleaned with a Dewey rod and bore guide. It shoots very excellent. 5 shot groups at .375", and .5 moa Hornady factory ammo.

Here is what I am including with the sale of this rifle:
-BSA Platinum 6-24x scope with 1/8" target turrets
-Brand new Lee single stage press
-Lee neck, full length, and seating dies
    -300 Sierra Matchking bullets
    -45 Hornady V-max bullets
    -70 Nosler ballistic tip bullets
    -100 Lapua match brass
    -300 CCI primers
    -all reload data
-I also have some Black Hills, Hornady, and some handloads to go with the deal as well.
If interested, I can add a Millett LRS-1 with rings and rail for $425.

I am open to all reasonable offers at this point, Im asking/starting at $700 obo for everything. The only trade I will consider at this time is a Remington 700 sps-v in .308.

I am located in the Mira Mar, Sd, area. I prefer a ftf transaction, but will also ship.

So does the rifle come with the aftermarket adjustable stock and detachable magazine pictured or has it been returned to stock configuration?
