Weatherby Mark V, 300mag. Ser. no. 24XXX. This is a German rifle with a manufacture date of 1960. Redfield 3x9 scope also vintage, has been on rifle since day one. Unk rings. Comes with vintage custom Browning hard case also in near perfect condition and ammo shown in pics.
This rifle belonged to my buddies Grandfather and took a few Sonoma County deer in the 60's and has been a safe queen ever since. We recently put 3 rounds through it to check function, flawless of course. We honestly cant find a single blemish in the bluing, it looks like a brand new gun. Checkering is perfect, stock has that blonde color and all wood and finish is in all but perfect condition. Plate has a moulded stag, either gold paint or brass, we cant tell, but I've never seen another Weatherby like it. And the scroll work... you have to see to believe. Even the trigger guard is a beautiful work of art. The Rifle also has the letter "P" pearl inlay in the hand guard, story is back in 1960 if you ordered a new top shelf Weatherby, they would inlay an initial for you.
I've handled my share of Weatherby's and have never seen one quite like this. If I had the dough and the need, it would be in my safe. Here's a Calgunners chance to snag a real deal, vintage top shelf W German Weatherby for what I think is a rediculously killer deal. Seller wants $2200.00

Technically, rifle is 51 years old, so looks like DROS is required. Buyer pays all DROS and or shipping, if Nick will ship. Please check with him for details. Thanks guys, and good luck.
EDIT: I have been told two things, C&R is 50 yrs old and 55 yrs old. If buyer and seller confirm its 50, this is a cash and carry rifle. Will leave that to the parties. Thanks!
Confirmed with Nick, this beautiful rifle is SPF to ejcon. He was smart and direct contacted Nick. Well done ejcon! Congrats, you wont be dissappointed.
