    WTS/WTT Weatherby Mark V Synthetic .270 W.M. and 3-9x44 Scope $800 WestLA

This is a Japanese made Weatherby Mark V Synthetic in .270 Wby. Mag. and No. 1 profile 24" barrel with a Weatherby SUPREME 3-9x44mm scope (made by Asia Optical in Japan), all in excellent condition.

Flaws: There are a few spots on the krinkly finish of the stock (visible on the comb in picture 2 and in the close-up), and aside from the muzzle bluing which is at about 50%, there are a series of small rub marks in the barrel bluing along the bottom (red arrows in last photo call out two of about 5 blemishes). The blemishes don't penetrate the bluing but it is lighter in color.

I am the third owner, my father bought it from the original owner and gave it to me after two trips to Montana. Even though my dad and I only shot one box through it, I would guess the round count is about 100 rounds through this gun, based on the wear to the muzzle bluing.

The gun with optics is for sale for $800 obo. I will not separate the gun and the scope. I prefer FTF, but will ship on buyer's dime. I am willing to accept trades +/- cash as appropriate. I will not accept trades without seeing the trade offer in person. I'm currently shopping for basically DA revolvers in 22lr, S&W 642, 460 S&W, BFR in 45-70 .

I will respond to PM's with questions as quickly as practical and will also edit this post to include the answer, if appropriate.

Sorry about the fingerprints in the bluing. They wipe right off, I promise.

You're looking at the bottom of the barrel in this next shot.
