I purchased this S&W 79G new in the late 70's I put one or two CO2 cartridges through it and put it away until now. The 79G is a replica of a Smith 41 nearly identical in profile and weight. Here is a useful link 79G
As you can see from my pics it is in pristine condition. No scratches no worn edges that I can see. The seals are original except the large one on the bottom which disintegrated. (I replaced it with a common "O" ring but have not tried it out)
It comes with the original manual, and one vintage S&W cartridge.
