you said you built this rifle...does it have warranties on all parts...is it to spec????

I've had a bad experience with a home made AR I purchased on Cal Guns

      Thank you for the inquiry.

The Upper half came completely assembled.
Stag Arms Upper Halves come complete with bolt carrier assembly and charging handle.

Stag Arms Upper Halves are all factory test fired and zeroed. So you can rest assured it is head spaced and correctly assembled. And "in spec".

I installed the lower parts kit and the butt stock assembly, according to stag specs. This was also done correctly. The complete upper half was then installed on to the lower half and fired exactly 50 times to check function.

Rifle preformed flawlessly, and is extremely accurate.

As for a warranty, there is none that I know of, Rifle would be sold "AS-IS".

Both the Mini-14 and Stag Model 4 are available. To the Top....

            Chris,

Thanks for the interest, but I will pass on the 700.

Meanwhile, both the Stag and Mini-14 are available. To the Top.

I've heard Stag offers a 1yr warranty on parts (the complete upper is considered a part), and lifetime on factory built complete rifles. I don't know if it is transferable or not. In your next 24hr bump, can you detail what are "stag specs" for installation of the LPK and butt stock assembly?

The answer to your questions can be found in the Stag Factory Instruction Manual that was provided from Stag Arms and that is included in the sale. Stag Arms has also posted this manual online. It can be found at the following link:

"Stag Arms LLC firearms are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship to the initial retail purchaser for the lifetime of a rifle." But this warranty is not transferable. Please refer to page 56 of the manual. Therefore as previously stated, the above mentioned Model 4 rifle is sold as-is. Anyone wishing to have a warranty should buy a new rifle from a factory authorized dealer. But rest assured that this Model 4 meets Stag Factory Specs and is extremely accurate. You will be pleased with this purchase.

According to Stag Arms Customer Service, which can be contacted here: Customerservice@stagarms.com

"Stag Specs" refer to Stag Factory parts that are installed according to diagrams and instructions found in the Stag Factory Instruction Manual. The LPK diagram can be found on page 54 of the manual, and the Buttstock diagram can be found on page 55.

The buttstock diagram (pg. 55) shows a collapsible stock, but according to Stag Customer Service, fixed stock installation should follow the applicable steps in the diagram. (i.e. receiver extension, action spring, buffer, etc.)

The lower half that was assembled by yours truly was assembled using the aforementioned instruction manual, with Stag Factory Parts supplied directly from Stag. Therefore meeting Stag Specs.

Hopefully this answers your questions. Both rifles are available. Bump To The Top.

BTW: Dachan are your ready to split up your cougar collection and sell them individually yet?

                              Both Rifles are still available.

I will let this listing run through the weekend, then I will withdraw them if not sold.

Make an offer, remember trades are welcomed. To the Top....
