There aren't any Llama's on the roster, so it would need to be a PPT sale. It can't be transfered though an FFL, or shipped to an FFL to have transfered, except to a roster-exempt person, such as an LEO.

If you are an FFL, which it appears so, and it is in your inventory, you can only sell this to a roster-exempt person.

edit: ok, looks like your threads got consolidated. Are these handguns on cosignment? If so, they can be PPTed, but can't be shipped to another FFL to PPT. If not, you should mention that they are for LEO purchase only, unless they are C&R or rostered.

Iam not a dealer these gun were bought a very long time ago and just trying to sell them. When you go to the store or gun shows they have price tags.

So you bought them a long time ago and left the tags on, and now you're selling it for the very same price (Luger case in point)? They even have inventory numbers that's consistent, meaning not from different places. I hate to thread crap, but you're blowing smoke up CalGuns' arse.

Ya know, making a mistake is one thing, but trying to avoid the rules and lying about it is another.

I suspect that there's a quite reasonable explanation for this, but the seller needs to step up and explain because it does look like this is a commercial sale. In the meantime, knock off the discussion. As always, if you have a concern about a seller notify the moderators don't start filling up his sale with comments.

If you are not looking to buy any of these guns. you should not fill up the space with thing you are not sure about .Iam very surprised at the bad talk coming from senior members .
