                          All double action revolvers can also be fired single action if they have a hammer, double action smith j frames with an internal hammer cannot be fired single action.

                          Single action = cock hammer and pull trigger
                          Double action = pull trigger

                            You didn't get it. A double action can be both double and single action. But a single action can never be both double and single. That firearm is a double action that "LOOKS" like a single action.
