Gorgeous Early Rossi Model 62SA 22lr Pump "Gallery Gun"

up for your consideration is one hell of a little rifle. this is an early 1950's Rossi Model 62 SA pump 22lr gallery gun. this thing is superb. wood is 100%, it sports the early "high gloss" bluing which is a solid 99.9% with just a very VERY small amount of bluing wear on the very edge of the muzzle tip. take down with side thumb screw into two pieces for storage or transport. less than 100 rounds thru this bad boy from brand new. pristine condition, a SOLID 99.5%. this is NOT one of the later ones, nor is it a "taurus" gun. fit, finish and quality is way better than the winchester model 62 ( and by the way, it is 100% interchangable partswise with the winchester). youll be VERY happy with this setup.this gun, as old as it is has only had probably 100 rounds thru it. bore is extremely clean and shiney , and the rifling is as sharp and nice as it gets. looks like it was bought new yesterday. no rust, marring, potting, blemishes, ect on the gun itself or the wood

screaming deal at $450 shipped priority insured ( this rifle is old enough i believe it can be shipped direct ..i called and was told by rossi it was made in the early 50s between 1952 and 1954)

might consider trades/part trades. looking for 4 5/8 ruger vaquero in 45 colt or 357 ( stainless preffered, but blued ok) buck #184 survival style knife , tom brown tracker knife , aitor jungle king or desert king (with factory survival items as shipped),lever action 45 colt, nice ruger 10/22, nice metal detector like whites XLT or MXT, minelab eureka gold, whites GMT,garrett scorpion gold or ???...open to alot of ideas, hit me with what ya have.

                        Don't beleive this is a C&R

Not to rain on anyone's parade here, just don't want to see anyone get in trouble here. But if I recall correctly Interarms was the original importer and didn't started importing the Rossi 62SA until 1978 and discontinued importing it in the mid 90's. Then for a very short time starting in 1997 Brazil Tech started importing the Rossi 62SA again, but they too discontinued it in 1998.

You may try emailing Rossi in Brazil and see if they can tell you the DOM, but I think your going to find that this rifle was made well after the fifties.
