I bought this brand new and have put around 250 rounds down the pipe. It comes with everything you see in the pic. It shoots well, i have never had a malfunction with it. It comes in the original box and has the cleaning brush it came with. It also comes with Three 8 round mags and one 10 round mag. You also get the holdster in the pic. Keep in mind Taurus has a lifetime warranty and they did a good job of taking care of me. I dropped a full mag onto a hard surface and the plastic broke at the base of the mag and the spring came flying out. I contacted Taurus and they had a new mag out to me within 7 days.
