    FS - AR Pistol

Selling my Bushmaster Carbon15 AR pistol to fund another project. 223 caliber with about 100 rounds fired. It comes with quad rail and flip up sights. It looks exactly like this ( http://www.bushmaster.com/catalog_ca...-C15BMP21S.asp ) but without the rifle stock. I want to make this clear: it will be sold with buffer tube only and as a single shot pistol. If you are L.E. and can provide department letter head, it will come with one 30 round mag. Asking $1350. If you still need pics the best way to get a hold of me is to send me a PM.

I bought it with department letter head, so it had a detachable mag, but it was DROS'd as a pistol. A machine pistol I believe. I was told by my local shop, who has always been on the up and up, it could be legally sold as a single shot pistol without department paperwork.

Nice, looks to me like a pistol buffer tube and NOT a rifle buffer tube

^^^That's a different buffer tube than the one in your original picture. If that is a picture of the ACTUAL AR pistol (and buffer tube) you are selling, then you are good to go.

That's all from me - now somebody buy this!

it was bought as a semi-automatic detachable-mag'ed pistol with letterhead? Meaning you had a letter from the Dept authorizing you to purchase an Assault Weapon and you then registered with CADOJ as an AW? If so, you can't just sell that without rendering it a non-AW (installing a maglock and a <11-round mag) and having CADOJ cancell the AW registration. Once that is done, it can be PPT'ed with a <11-round mag, or shipped to a buyer's FFL with a zero-round mag.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

What exactly does it mean when you say its a single shot pistol? Does that mean it's semi-auto or what?
