Would you ship directly to a license C&R holder?

Seller can ship to anyone inside of CA, regardless of having a C&R or not having one. It's C&R qualified as it is over 50 years old so cash and carry INSIDE the state of CA to CA residents. If seller shipping out of state, then the buyer would need a C&R or a FFL01. The seller can ship it himself direct to either.

Thank you for noting this. More people need to be aware of this. Too many people are afraid to ship there C & R rifles....it's legal folks!!! get a copy of there CA ID or drivers license, a statement saying its legal for them to own firearms and ship it!
