                  Trade for a Sig P220?

No finish wear, low round count, 2 tone, 3 mags, Hogue grip, New Night Sights.

Is the 10rnd mag pinned to the receiver? What features make this gun legal?

The 10 round magazine is fixed to the receiver via a Prince 50 mag lock. The magazine cannot be removed without the use of a tool. The rifle must be loaded by "scissoring" the upper from the lower. That is the feature that makes this gun legal.
