SPF: Steyr M95 Carbine

Listed for sale is my M95 Carbine. I don't really have too much info on it other than it was a sale at a gun show and I happened to pick it up. I've put only 15 rounds through it since I got it. I have 45 rounds of 1938 head stamped (a majority is Nazi head stamped) 8x56R ammo for it on 6 Nazi stamped,1 W stamped, and one illegible marked stripper clips. It will also come with black soft cover zippered rifle case. I live in Riverside and will be willing to do a PPT at Bright Spot Pawn, CenterFire Arms in Riverside or Turners Corona or San Bernardino (I will need to call them, they have shafted me with ppt's in the past)

Looking for $200. Buyer Pays all PPT fees.

It possibly might be. I assume so from the research that I have done. I just wanted to cover my butt 100% and I am not sure how the C&R Cash and Carry sale works.

It is well over 50 years old so yes it would be C&C. Get name, address, birthdate and DL# off the buyers driver license and you are covered. The rifle isn't "in your name" so it won't come back to haunt you later on.

you don't have to do that unless the seller has a C&R License.

It's still good to cover yourself to get DL info on a C&R sale no matter what, even if it is optional.

In any event, if you want to sell the ammo separately from the rifle, let me know.

Bore and rifling look pretty good. Its in great shape after thinking this thing could be about 100 years old.
