    WTS: Beautiful little BRNO sporter carbine. Double set triggers. Butterknife bolt. 8MM Mauser. Express rear barrel sight. Checkered reciever. Not drilled and tapped. Rubber Pad. 2" crack going down the tang of stock. Weird little cameo in stock to put a picture. $1400. Weatherby Mark V in 7MM Weatherby Mag. with Luepold scope. Beautiful wood. $1100. 98%. FTF in Sacramento or an hour drive to meet. First "I'll take it" followed by PM gets it. Camera just broke so these are the only pictures. Ammo included with both rifles. Buyers pay all fee

          FYI guys, commercial BRNOs are highly desireable, well-made classic mausers in the old-world style. BRNO merged with CZ and is no more, but their commercial rifles are still highly prized. Honestly, if I were you Burp, I would get the stock repaired (is that cameo thing original? If not, I would have it removed and the stock refinished at the same time it's getting repaired), get a new buttpad on it, find it a front sight hood, and sell it for $1300-1800 on GB to a knowledgeable mauser person.

          You should probably tell us how the bore is, a lot of 8mm ammo is corrosive and people sometimes let guns corrode (this might be on the mind of potential buyers). Again, good luck with the sale!
