Wait period is always 10 days... Doesn't matter if you are talking FTF or any other transaction. Fees, however, are different. An FTF is generally $35. In fact, I think "generally" is wrong... Unless I am mistaken, it is no more than $35 by law. Once you start talking about having an FFL take receipt of a gun via mail/UPS/FedEx/etc, those fees usually double.
