This weapon didnt exist in 1994 so how is one to claim theyre "rebuild kits for a legally owned magazine" just a thought..Wish I could buy it.these things are a hoot

The CA 10 round mag capacity law was put in place in 2000, not 94 which was the Clinton ban which is now expired. People can still buy high capacity mag rebuild kits in CA and build them into 10 round mags by blocking or pinning them.

Yes you are correct! However, the Brady AW bill ran from 1994-2004. California apllied theyre law in 2000. Kinda hard to say I got a "legal" mag in 1999 that was federally banned at the time no? However this is all moot as you are correct as a rebuild kit can be bought and turned into a legal 10 rounder! Still wish this weapon were on the list though Thats a good lookn pistola!
