Cash offer or not

Offered exactly what seller wanted and told him I would take it, but seller is waiting for a trade deal that may or may not happen and is going to keep people hanging, should be posted that you have a trade deal in the works and you are not interested in cash that way instead of wasting people's time...they can try to find another deal instead of being your backup plan. Next time right off the bat I would tell people you are in the middle of a deal and they can be 2nd in line instead of working two or more deals at a time.

Congrats on the trade, just fyi in the future, don't do the deal right up to the point where I say I'll take it, after I told you cash in hand pick up tomorrow and you give me a price and I said I'll take it, then you say oh wait I have a trade deal I might do, might? You shoulda been up front and said you have a deal on the table and I am 2nd in line, good luck with your future sales.
