Hey guys,
Up for sale is my 2nd, low-use GSG-5 MP5 clone .22 cal carbine. The gun is a 1st generation model that has been upgraded under warranty to a 3rd generation model. Everything about this gun is essentially new except for the barrel, receiver halves, and furniture. A completely new BCG, lower receiver, stock, the receiver pins, front and rear sites and cocking tube were provided upon upgrade--among many small parts I don't know the name of. Like I said, this is basically a new gun. The only reason I sent the gun in for service was that ATI contacted me requesting that I send my gun in for upgrades. I was very surprised to receive back an essentially new gun. They even applied a new finish to my old receiver halves.
Prior to upgrades, the gun has seen about 1400 rounds of federal value pack .22. Only 30 have been put through the gun since it was upgraded. Very accurate shooter. Can put them almost through the same hole at 50 yards.
The gun comes with a Classic Army lighted forend (requires batteries) that I took off my other GSG and a classic army MP5N 3-position adjustable stock. I'm including 3 rebuild kits and a 10 round magazine for a total of 4 magazines. Also, included is a low profile scope mount.
Gun has minimal scratches from use--most of them covered up during the newly applied finish. The AIMPOINT AND AIMPOINT MOUNT are NOT INCLUDED. These are merely shown for photographic purposes.
I don't use the rifle enough to justify keeping it and I need money for school--else I'd be keeping it. Shot most of the round count when I first got the gun and it has been sitting in the safe next to the other GSG without use.
Asking $540 for everything. Rifle is located in Sacramento. Again, the aimpoint and the aimpoint mount are NOT INCLUDED. The low profile mount described above is included though.
Note: Upon closer inspection of the scope mount, I noticed a fragment of one of the claw legs missing. The mount is still rock solid and will not wobble. A tab within the lighted forarm is also missing a small fragment but the forearm itself is still very much rigid.
