yes the pistol was built by Center Mass Tactical. It was built as a single shot AR pistol and was DROSed as an exempt handgun. It is now transferable as is via PPT.

It was a serious question. He is asking as AFAIK there is no FFL in San Diego who publicly advertises transfers of AR pistols. Nearest FFL I know of is Bright Spot Pawn.

Anyway. Carry on with the sale.

I would think that with your amount of posts You should know that single shot AR pistols are exempt and easy enough to transfer if in the proper configuration. This one was and still is. Unless I saw major red flags, I would assume the owner/seller was doing it right. I would also use PM's to raise potential issues.
            Good luck with your sale

Center Mass Tactical proprietary lower, (Marked pistol.)
Upper was assembled by them with a cero forge upper Receiver and I am not sure which barrel. I would have to send them an email to find out the specific barrel.

I apologize for coming off strong in response. I had just responded to a uninformed doubtful/questioning inquiry and read the question as another one. Again sorry.

                    bingo

no, it was a legit question, not dogging you.. was just curious where/how you did it in San Diego. That is, what FFL did they send it to in SD and who do you plan to use in SD to do the transfer if you did it here? I am just curious who you use as I might need them if they day comes.

actually, I might be interested, I just need to mull over the photos. I would likely want to swap out that hand guard for something with more rail so need to decide what I think. I am in North County area, and you?

does the muzzle break make it hella loud? can you just unscrew that hand guard and pull it over the muzzle break or would that need to be removed also.

you can PM me if you wish

Pretty cool! Can I ask what the point is of an AR pistol? I am newer to these guns so I havent quite figured out what they are used for besides fun and good times.

                          Fun &. Just because : )

Also kind of rare and unique. Does not kick very much but it is LOUD and it belches fire. Yet Another reason.
