The Beretta 96 Vertec Inox is on the California Handgun Roster list. Nice gun and a fair price...I have the 92FS version.

LEO can buy off roster pistol, other state resident also visit this little site. It's hard for other state resident to understand our gun laws (even us have hard time following our gun laws).
