Just asking a question not making any judgment.. just trying to understand the whole of list thing.. so please dont take offense.. But How is it Cali compliant?? Is it based on some type of magazine lock that makes it considered non detachable and therefore compliant ?? Also appears to have a 30 round magazine, isnt cali limited to 10 ??

YES, but we can use 30rnd part kits to make 10rnd mags out of. Mostly just for cosmetics.
