Arisaka 6.5 long rifle C&R cash and carry

I'm selling my Japanese Arisaka long rifle I think it is a T-38, dont know squat about this rifle, except that its really clean and shoots 6.5 japanese round. It does look like some has refinished the wood, but im no expert.
number on it are 1735898 a a few symbols that ill try to get pictures of.
