It's a MK7. It has the updated safety levers and no rail. All MK19s have the rail. The only hard one to tell is the .50 which has the rail in both 7 and 19, but in that case it makes no difference as they are the same gun. The whole MK19 platform is based off the MK7 .50 design.
Do you know if the jeweling was done by the custom shop?
