On the lowers are they stamped "PISTOL" on the other side or is it just screen printed on there. Maybe a picture of that would really help me out.

Hi, the word "pistol" is etched into the receiver so it is not just a screen print. So you can't just wipe off the word and pass it off as a rifle lower.
