Other info: I can meet a local FFL to the city of Orange. This is a Tula rifle. I don't have the original top plate any more and the scope mount will need to be modified to accept a stripper clip. There is a slip on rubber pad that adds an inch or so to the overall length. Scope is included though I don't know the specs.Nor do I know the exact year of production. everything is included that is in the pictures; Sling as well. $700 obo. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY.
