Other info: This is a very lightly used Hi-Point 995, 9mm carbine. I have only shot about 150 rounds through it and it is fun and accurate. I believe I am the third owner. The second owner did not shoot it and I know nothing about the first. It works fine, I am selling it to make room in my safe for a gun I just purchased. It has a bullet button and a kydex grip wrap from Solar Tactical and is featureless so it does not have to be registered as a Assault Weapon and can be transferred between private parties. I have the original box and an aftermarket charging handle (see photos).
