This is a six digit WWII Springfield, manufactured in February, 1942 with a matching barrel.

• All SA metal
• ME 2 TE 3 (according to the CMP hang tag)
• Walnut stock in superb condition with tight lockup. The stock has been steamed to remove dings followed by several coats of BLO. No sanding was done by me
• There are no visible cartouches, DAS, or firing proof marks on the stock.
• There is some pitting on the lower legs of the receiver. See pics.
• Stock has a rack number that can easily be removed
• Comes with the CMP Certificate of Authenticity
