Decided to let go of my 16s. It is in good condition with a little minor wear. Has a few minor dings/scratches but nothing significant. Round count is around 400. Also has a VLTOR forend and ergo grip. Three rail sections for the VLTOR are not shown but are included. The magazine shown is not included.
I can ship in a number of different configurations. I do not have a Raddlock or bullet button, but you can install yours after transfer. Shipment options are:
Any of these configs should be ok to transfer even if you miss the Dec 21st deadline.
Payment will have to be by Paypal to make the deadline. I have positive feedback here (although a little old), and more recent feedback on FalFiles under the same username.
I have a local, CFLC-enrolled FFL that can ship Fedex express immediately. Your FFL should receive by Thursday. That should allow for enough time to transfer before Dec 21. Shipping from my FFL and their fees runs from $85-$105 depending on config and insurance. Direct shipment of the remaining parts should be around $25-$35.
Shipping and insurance will be at buyer's cost.
If your FFL is ok with receiving from an individual, I can ship direct to them and shipping cost will be about $40 less.
I will include a bill of sale for sales tax purposes. PM me with questions about this.

- Barreled receiver goes through your FFL. Rest of parts shipped direct to you. Your FFL needs to be ok with receiving this way, as from recent experience I know some don't like the barrel attached. I can remove the muzzle device if that helps.
- Stripped receiver goes through your FFL. Rest of parts shipped direct to you. This is not as good an option since re-installing the barrel and VLTOR handguard is a little bit of work, but for some CA FFL's they seem to only be comfortable with a stripped receiver.
- I can pin a 10rd PMAG, pin the stock, and ship the complete rifle. I am sure this is an acceptable configuration pre- Jan 1, 2017, but I'm not 100% sure it is an acceptable post- Jan 1 configuration, but I think it is.
