have a custom Savage rifle lefthand in 284win. This started out as a model 110 long action in 223 factory. Action was sent to SavageShootersSupply to be converted to 308 bolt and action truing.
Barrel is a Shilen super match #7 varmint 28in. No barrel nut. Action work done by myself. The action is bedded in a standard tactical Choate stock. Trigger replaced with a Rifle Basix set at 1.5 lbs.
Muzzle brake is a Badger thruster. Has a Ken Farrell 20MOA rail on top and a picatinney rail for a bipod.
This was my 1K gun until I had Longrifles build me another 284 on a Bighorn action. So this is collecting dust. Not used in matches. Grouped 1/2 - 3/4" with 162gr A-maxes.
