Ya you are right about that! The only bright stainless elites I have seen were through CG. I love the python especially in this finish and length....And its a good price for such a rare piece, especially in CA. Good luck with the sale.

I think you might want to look into what we can ship into California legally, sadly i dont think this gun will ever see the shores of the Pacific. That said those are nice pics.

That is the only model that is on the CA list and can be imported.

So you can only sell to a sworn peace officer or can gift it to your son/daughter if he/she is a CA resident (still has to go thru a FFL).

Otherwise it cannot be imported into CA. A pity.

Welcome to California, sorry it sucks but as nobs11 has wrote only the 6 inch barrel colt python elite is available for shipping into this state unless as overwise stated - police officer wants to buy it. Even if it was a 6 inch it would have to be the plain stainless version to be legally brought in, no ultra bright will do, according to the D.O.J.

No harm, no foul. You didn't violate anything, you didn't know. No dealer will transfer the gun anyway so even if you had shipped, it would have to go back.

Well, thanks for thinking about us, anyway. Most gunsellers out of state don't want to sell us firearms that are CA legal.
