PLEASE NOTE:
As a result of not doing my research I inadvertently used an incompatible gas block with the daniel defense rail requiring me to remove material from the rail just enough for the barrel to fit inside the rail and to remain free-floating. None of these modifications affect the structural integrity of the rail or the upper and is simply a cosmetic eye-sore.

Sale does not include lower receiver to avoid FFL private party transfer costs but will include an un-milled 80 percent lower receiver as a suitable replacement.

So youre selling a rifle or parts? I see this is posted in long guns and you list specs on the lower but you mentioned not including the lower as to no have to do paperwork?
