I am the original owner. The gun is in very good condition with no more than 80-90 shells down the pipe. Beaded sight, barrel is 28". Fixed choke. Wood stock is in excellent condition. Very minor wear. Extractor functions correctly. Empty shell pops right out upon breaking the action. I don't hunt and really don't do anything productive with it, so I'd rather put the money toward something else. I am including the Uncle Mike's shell caddy for the stock seen in one of the pics. It holds 5 shells. I am in Cameron Park, but will travel down to Folsom/Rancho for PPT.
