Holds 5+1 rounds. There's supposedly a trick to get another one in there, but I've not tried it.

I just loaded mine; 6 + 1 with no tricks.

Guys (and gals) I have said this in other for sale threads for 1201's:

This is a fabulous shotgun and it is very quick. Fully loaded you can get all the shells out before the first casing hits the ground!

And the Benelli pg stock is a direct bolt on!
