Comes with all factory items it is supposed to have. I added pinky baseplates on the 2 mags also a brand new laser by lasermax. It was made specifically for this pistol mounts and looks great. And lasermax makes great quality products. I am the Second owner I bought it from my uncle who barely shot it and carried it only a few times.
