Other info: New, Never fired, nor had an upper mounted to it. This is a registered pistol lower for your AR Pistol build needs. Very hard to find a lower receiver on its own, from what I am told. AR Pistols are no longer able to be purchased from a dealer, and PPT is the only way to get them now.
While the receiver and accessories are new, the parts do have some light marks in various places from storage as well as part installation by the previous owner. This is nothing serious however, and you will get it with time and use.
